The Georgia Department of Transportation and its partners plan to pace traffic on I-285 eastbound and westbound and stop traffic on Glenridge Drive for the controlled blasting of rock to allow the construction of a collector-distributor (CD) lane. The blasting will take place along I-285 eastbound from Roswell Road to Glenridge Drive starting Monday, May 4, through Friday, May 8, from 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Click here to view the full closure details.

The Georgia Department of Transportation and its partners continue their progress on the Transform 285 @ 400 project.

Weather permitting, GDOT will temporarily close local roads and lanes on I-285 and SR 400 between Friday, April 24 and Monday, April 27. Click here to view the full closure details. 

Activities will include roadway, noise barrier, and bridge construction. Closure times will vary, and travel restrictions include possible delays, reduced speeds, and detours in some areas.
