UPDATE: I-285 Lane Reductions Now Set to Begin in 2022

The Georgia Department of Transportation and its partners continue their progress on the Transform 285 @ 400 project.

The I-285 Lane Reductions will not continue as planned for this year and are now scheduled to begin in June 2022. In the meantime, crews will complete work activities throughout the project corridor to provide as much relief as possible before the most painful part of the project.

Transform 285 @ 400 Lane Closure Advisory // October 1 – October 8

The Georgia Department of Transportation and its partners continue their progress on the Transform 285 @ 400 project.

Weather permitting, GDOT will temporarily close local roads and lanes on I-285 and SR 400 between Friday, October 1 and Friday, October 8. Click here to view the full closure details.

Crews will also implement multiple detours for the Transform 285/400 Interchange project. Travel restrictions include possible delays, reduced speeds and detours in some areas.
