285 – 400 Closures 6-21 – 6-27
Weather permitting, Georgia Department of Transportation, GDOT, construction partners will close lanes on local roads and close lanes on I-285 and SR 400. Crews will also implement multiple detours for the Transform 285 – 400 Closures 6-21 – 6-27 Interchange project. Travel restrictions include possible delays, reduced speeds and detours in some areas.

Closures and Detours:
SR 400 southbound to I-285 eastbound (Detour Map)
- Motorists traveling on SR 400 southbound to I-285 eastbound should use Exit 4B I-285 westbound and Exit 25 Roswell Road to access I-285 eastbound.
SR 400 northbound to I-285 eastbound (Detour Map)
- Motorists traveling on SR 400 northbound to I-285 eastbound should use Exit 4B I-285 westbound and Exit 5 Roswell Road to access I-285 eastbound.
Daytime Closures:
Saturday, June 25, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Closures and Detours:
SR 400 southbound to Hammond Drive (Detour Map)
- Motorists traveling from SR 400 southbound to Hammond drive should use Exit 5 Abernathy Road, Mercedes-Benz Drive (road changes to Barfield Road) to access Hammond Drive.
I-285 westbound to westbound CD lanes (Roswell Road) (Detour Map)
- Motorists traveling on I-285 westbound to Roswell Road will use Exit 24 Riverside Drive and I-285 eastbound to access Exit 25 Roswell Road.
SR 400 northbound to I-285 westbound (Detour Map)
- Motorists traveling on SR 400 northbound to I-285 westbound should use Exit 5 Abernathy Road, SR 400 southbound, and Exit 4B to access I-285 westbound.
