Weather permitting, Georgia Department of Transportation construction partners will shift traffic onto a new bridge carrying I-285 eastbound motorists exiting to State Route (SR) 400 northbound. This pattern change removes the current left-hand merge maneuver and places drivers into the collector-distributor lanes to continue onto SR 400 northbound just past Abernathy Road. 

Opening by Monday, July 18 at 5 a.m.

Motorists will utilize the current exit point for SR 400 northbound from I-285 eastbound to shift onto the new configuration. The I-285 eastbound exit to SR 400 southbound will remain the same.
