The Georgia Department of Transportation and its partners continue their progress on the Transform 285 @ 400 project.
GDOT will temporarily close SR 400 Northbound starting Wednesday, May 27, through Sunday, May 31 from 12 a.m. to 1 a.m. The lane closure allows the setting of beams for the longest (1.5 miles) and tallest (approximately 80 feet) bridge for the new I-285/SR 400 interchange.
The full lane closure will begin at the Glenridge Connector to Hammond Drive. Traffic on SR 400 northbound will be rerouted to use the collector-distributor lanes just before the Glenridge Connector. The I-285 eastbound ramp to SR 400 northbound will also be closed. Click here to view the full closure details.
