What is Perimeter Rapid Ride?
Rapid Ride is a specialized “vanpool” program from Perimeter Connects that aims to make getting to work to Perimeter easier, more affordable, and stress-free.
How does it work?
- With Rapid Ride, you pay $75* per month for one of 5-8 seats in a comfortable van or SUV.
- You'll be picked up near your home and drops you at work in Perimeter.
- Rapid Ride gets free access to Express Lanes, and the cost includes maintenance and insurance.
- If you volunteer as primary driver, your monthly seat is FREE.
*Assuming standard vehicle and six riders.

How Do I Get a Seat?
Request a Ride – Rapid Ride routes will be started where we have enough interested people who live near each other. If you want a route, request one.
Volunteer to Drive – Each vanpool needs a primary driver (and backup drivers). Drivers get their monthly ride for free!
Get Connected – Perimeter Connects will review requests and connect local groups to start up new routes. We’ll be there to help you get started and get extra perks!
Get the Van – Perimeter Connects and our partners supply the van, covering maintenance, insurance, and emergency roadside assistance.
