Weather permitting, Georgia Department of Transportation contractors will open a new Abernathy Road Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) traffic pattern underneath State Route (SR) 400 between the northbound and southbound ramps requiring consecutive day traffic impacts. This DDI moves motorists to the opposite side of the road to easily access SR 400 ramps or to continue along Abernathy Road.
