September’s Connectors event was a great opportunity for Perimeter Connectors to get together and network with each other. This event featured guest speakers from three different transit agencies:
– Jill Goldberg, from GDOT’s Transform 285/400 gave an overview and update on this critical $800M construction project. Ms. Goldberg discussed timelines, upcoming milestones, and innovate project delivery methods.
– Chris Tomlinson and Gail Franklin, from SRTA, provided a snapshot of Xpress service in Perimeter, complete with rider statistics, route information, and special promotions. Catch our article in this month’s newsletter about the subsidized transit pass program provided by Xpress!
– MARTA covered the North side expansion, Perimeter routes, mobile ticketing, and last mile connectivity.
